OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These are the official rules (the “Rules”) that apply to Fallsview Food Con Experience Giveaway Instagram contest (the “Contest”) to be held from Friday, May 16, 2025 up to and including Monday, May 26, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The sponsor of this Contest is MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (the “Sponsor(s)”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST OR WIN A PRIZE.

Who Can Enter

1. The Contest is open to individuals who, prior to the start of the Contest Period and at the time of entry, are residents of Canada or the United States of America (excluding residents of Florida), are 19 years of age or older. Individuals must be in good standing of Momentum (Sponsors’ rewards program) in order to redeem the Prize (defined below). If an Individual is not a Momentum cardholder, they must sign up in order to redeem their Prize. Registration for Momentum is free.

2. The individuals listed below (“Excluded Individuals”) are NOT eligible to enter the Contest. If an Excluded Individual enters the Contest (whether through fraud, error, or for any other reason) and is subsequently declared a winner, the Excluded Individual will have their name removed from the winners’ list and will not be awarded or have the right to be awarded any Prize. If the Sponsor becomes aware that a Prize has been awarded to an Excluded Individual, the Sponsor has the right to demand that the Prize be returned in full and in kind to the Sponsor immediately upon serving the demand on the Excluded Individual. The Sponsor reserves the right to commence legal action against an Excluded Individual for the return of any Prize awarded to that person.

(i) any individual participating in a voluntary self-exclusion program that applies to Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara (the “Site(s)”);

(ii) any individual who has been restricted from access to either Site or from playing casino games as a condition of a court order;

(iii) any individual who has been restricted from access to either Site or from playing casino games by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (the “AGCO”) and/or under subsection 3.6(1) of Ontario’s Gaming Control Act (the “GCA”);

(iv) any individual who is an employee, a registered gaming assistant, an officer, a member of the board of directors, an executive director, an executive, a representative, an agent, or a partner of any one of the following: the Sponsor, any promotional or advertising agencies involved in this Contest, and any persons domiciled with any of the foregoing individuals;

(v) any individual who is an executive or staff member of any trade union that represents or negotiates on behalf of employees employed at either Site;

(vi) any individual who is an employee of a supplier that is registered under the GCA who repairs or maintains gaming equipment at either Site;

(vii) any individual who is a member or employee of the AGCO; or

(viii) any individual who is a registered gaming assistant, an officer, member of the board of directors, or employee of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “OLG”) who is registered as a CAT1 gaming assistant and/or cannot participate due to subsection 22(6) of Ontario Regulation 78/12.

3. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsors, in Sponsors’ sole discretion.

Contest Period, Draws

4. The start time of the Contest is 10:00am on Friday, May 16, 2025 and the end time is 11:59pm on Monday, May 26,2025 (the “End Time”).

5.The Prize draw for the Contest (the “Draw”) will take place at approximately 1:00pm (the “Draw Time”) at NiagaraFallsview Casino Resort on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 (the “Draw Day”).

How To Enter

6. You may enter the Contest by opening the Instagram link posted on @vijayaselvaraju’s “Reel” that will send theentrant to the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort webpage (https://www.pages08.net/niagaracasinos-ticketmaster/ffdf-contest-food-con-2025). The entrant must complete the online entry form (“Online Entry Form”) on NiagaraFallsview Casino Resort’s webpage in its entirety, including but not limited to their first and last name, date ofbirth, email address and age to obtain in one (1) entry into the Contest. If more than one (1) entry is submitted by anentrant during the Contest Period or if the Online Entry Form is not filled out in its entirety, the request(s) will not beconsidered entries and will not count towards the Contest.

Games, Draws, Prizes, Confirmation of Winner

7. There are four (4) Prizes are available to be won during the Contest Period (“Prize(s)”) consisting of:

i. One (1) grand Prize of two (2) complimentary tickets to Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort’s Fallsview Food ConEvent taking place in the Grand Hall on Saturday, June 7, 2025, a one (1) night hotel stay at Fallsview CasinoResort on Saturday, June 7, 2025 and one (1) single use complimentary parking pass (“Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $800 (eight hundred dollars) CAD.

ii. Three (3) secondary Prizes each consisting of two (2) complimentary tickets to Niagara Fallsview CasinoResort’s Fallsview Food Con Event taking place in the Grand Hall at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort onSaturday, June 7, 2025 and one (1) single use complimentary parking pass (“Secondary Prize”). The ARV ofeach Secondary Prize is $350 (three hundred fifty dollars) CAD.

8. In order to claim and accept the Prize, the winner must be a member in good standing of Momentum (Sponsors’rewards program), or if not already a member, the winner must register for Momentum. Registration for Momentumis free. If the winner refuses to register for Momentum, they will forfeit the Prize.

9. At the Draw Time, the name of four (4) entrants (the “Selected Entrant”) will be selected from all of the eligible entries received by the End Time by representative of the Sponsors. Within two (2) business days after the Draw takes place, the Selected Entrants will be contacted by a representative of the Sponsors by means of an email to advise if theyhave won the Grand Prize, or a Secondary Prize.

10. To be confirmed as the winner and to receive the Prize within three (3) business days of the Draw Day, the Selected Entrant(s) must first:

i. be a member in good standing of Momentum (Sponsors’ rewards program);

ii. correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by Sponsors;

iii. sign a Declaration and Release form confirming compliance with the Rules, acceptance of the Prize asawarded, consenting (except where prohibited by law) to the use of their name, address and photographwithout further compensation for any publicity carried out by Sponsors, and releasing the Sponsors and related parties from any and all loss, liability, damage, expense, claims, causes of action or proceedings of any kind, arising from or relating to the Contest and/or Prize (the “Declaration and Release”); and iv. provide verification (in the form of valid government issued, photo identification satisfactory to Sponsors) of his/her full legal name and relevant information on the entry / Momentum card.

11. Failure to answer the skill-testing question correctly, sign the required Declaration and Release, or provide verification within three (3) business days of the Draw Day, will result in disqualification of the Selected Entrant with the Prize being forfeited. In such event, Sponsors have the option to randomly select another Selected Entrant from among all remaining eligible entries and award the Prize in accordance with the Rules. Sponsors shall only be required to choose one (1) alternate Selected Entrant. If the alternate Selected Entrant is also disqualified, Sponsors shall declare the Prize for that Contest unclaimed.

12. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted and redeemed in accordance with the Rules and Momentum Terms and Conditions. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event that the Selected Entrant is unable to redeem any or all of the Prize due to reasons beyond the control of Sponsors or their agents and all parties associated with the Prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided. No modification will be made to the Prize. Sponsors reserve the right to change or substitute any Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value.

Use of Personal Information

13. Any personal information provided by you in connection with this Contest will only be collected, used, and disclosed by the Sponsors and its service providers for the purposes of administering this Contest, including verification of eligibility and identity and awarding and providing the Prize. As part of its conduct and management of lottery schemes and operation of gaming sites in Ontario, OLG and/or the Sponsors, collects your gaming-related personal information at Casino Niagara and Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort under the authority of section 3 of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999, in accordance with Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This information is collected and used by OLG and/or its service provider for purposes which include administering and managing loyalty programs, tournaments, contests, offers and promotions, including player registration, player identity and eligibility verification, payment processing, investigating and validating Prize claims, fraud detection, publishing winners' information (name, city of residence, game(s) played and Prize amount), and facilitating sign-up for additional/new services or offers. 14. No communications will be sent by the Sponsor to entrants except to the Selected Entrants, unless an entrant provides their consent to receive communication from the Sponsor on the Sponsor’s website.

Other Rules

15. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

16. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors, Instagram, the OLG, or their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives, agents or successors and assigns (collectively, the “Group”). The Group assumes no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of the Prize or with this Contest, including but not limited to, any lost, late, damaged, illegible, destroyed or misdirected entry requests, including any inability to participate due to capacity constraints at any time during the Contest. Entries which are mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, mutilated or tampered with are void. The Group is not responsible for any typographical, statistical, transaction and communication errors and omissions.

17. No purchase or gambling activity of any kind is required for participation; any purchase or gambling activity that gives rise to an entry is optional.

18. A Momentum card is for the personal use of the individual who was issued the card. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with Momentum Terms and Conditions. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding Momentum privileges and benefits.

19. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsors reserve the right to change the terms of this Contest or terminate it at any time without notice and for any reason including mechanical or technical error. Sponsors also reserve the right to terminate the participation in the Contest of any individual who abuses the proper functioning of the Contest, is suspected of cheating or who does not abide by these Rules. Sponsors shall have no responsibility for any errors, mechanical, printing or otherwise.

20. All times stated are local Niagara Falls, Ontario times and all values are stated in Canadian currency.

21. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Rules and the decisions of Sponsors which are final and binding on all entrants. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all entries that arrive late, or are received with insufficient, incorrect or illegible information.

22. Sponsors will not be responsible for any error, malfunction, or failure of the computer system that records entries. Contest entries through Instagram shall be deemed to be recorded by Instagram, regardless of the entrant’s intentions. Entrants shall have no recourse in the event that an entry is not recorded.

23. Sponsors reserve the right, at their option, to publish any winner’s name, address, photograph, likeness, voice or statements without further compensation to the winner, in any advertising or publicity.

24. The names of the winners may be requested at the conclusion of the Contest by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, bearing sufficient postage, to Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, 6380 Fallsview Blvd., PO Box 300, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7X5, Attention: Advertising Department – Fallsview Food Con Social Media Contest.

25. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws. The Rules shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein and entrants submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

26. These are the official rules and regulations of the Contest.
