Momentum is the free rewards program at Fallsview Casino Resort that lets members earn points on eligible play, dining, and resort purchases, which can be redeemed for rewards, exclusive offers and presale codes to concerts.
You can access your account by logging in through the official Momentum login portal using your Momentum card number and PIN, or registered email address.
Momentum cards are available at the Momentum Desk inside Fallsview Casino Resort. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes with a Government-issued ID. Must be 19+ to sign up.

If your Momentum card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can visit the Momentum Desk at Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara to have it replaced. Your existing points and account information will be transferred to the new card.
