AVALON THEATRE VENUE DETAILS, COVID-19 TICKETING POLICIES & SAFETY MEASURES
We are excited to welcome you back to the Avalon Theatre! The safety of our associates, artists and audience is our priority. Please review the following for our venue details, ticketing policies and safety measures that are in place in accordance with the Province of Ontario’s reopening plan, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Proof of Vaccination – All patrons, upon entry to the theatre, must provide the following documentation:
- Documentation can be displayed on a mobile device or printed.
- Proof of Vaccination means being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and providing proof of identification that matches the vaccination receipt (both documents must have name and date of birth if coming from outside of Canada)
a) the person has received:
(i) the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health
Canada, or any combination of such vaccines,
(ii) one or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by
Health Canada, followed by one dose of a COVID-19 mRNA
vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or(iii) three doses of a
COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada; and
b) they received their final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least
14 days before providing the proof of being fully vaccinated.
The vaccines currently approved by Health Canada are:
- 2 doses: Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD
- 1 dose: Janssen/Johnson & Johnson
- mRNA vaccine: Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna
For patrons who received their vaccinations in Ontario, documents can be accessed at covid19.ontariohealth.ca.
Patrons unable to provide this documentation will not be admitted.
All audience members and associates will be required to wear a mask that fully covers the nose, mouth and chin at all times.
For contact tracing purposes, the ticket purchaser will be considered the primary contact for any guests and will be expected to have contact info for each member of their party.
We ask all our guests to practice social distancing while picking up tickets, entering, and exiting the theatre.
We strongly encourage contactless entry by choosing mobile tickets for your method of delivery. Mobile tickets can be presented on a digital device or accessed through the Ticketmaster app.
We ask that you use the sanitizer provided at entry. Sanitizer can also be found at designated points throughout the property.
CONCESSION & BARS
The Theatre lobby and washrooms are accessible. Bars and concessions remain closed until further notice.
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put into place before, during and after each performance. Common contact surfaces and washrooms are regularly sanitized by our team.

MasterCard, American Express, VISA, Debit
Moving forward, all purchased tickets for Fallsview Casino’s venues will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile device at the venue to maintain a contactless experience.
Self-parking is available on site at Fallsview Casino Resort and subject to availability. Prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice. Additional parking is available in the area.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS & CHILDREN
- All guests must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
- Individuals who have voluntarily excluded themselves from Ontario gaming sites and who have not been reinstated are not permitted to enter the venue.
No re-entry is permitted once you have exited the venue.
Patrons are asked to leave any backpacks or large bags at home. Only small purses will be permitted into the Venue.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Professional Cameras (with removable lens) are not permitted.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
The Box Office is open on show days from noon until thirty minutes after last show time of the day. On Non-Show days, the Box Office will be closed.
