PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES
Individuals must comply with all Public Health guidelines in effect at the time of visit. Venue details, ticketing policies and entry requirements are fluid and can change per show.
CONTACTLESS TICKETING
We strongly encourage contactless entry by choosing mobile tickets for your method of delivery. Mobile tickets can be presented on a digital device or accessed through the Ticketmaster app.
CONCESSION & BARS
Bars and concessions are available and are cashless systems. No outside food or drink are allowed when entering the Theatre.

Moving forward, all purchased tickets for Fallsview Casino’s venues will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile device at the venue to maintain a contactless experience.
PARKING
Self-parking is available on site at Fallsview Casino Resort and subject to availability. Prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice. Additional parking is available in the area.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Customers who require accessible seating options for Avalon Theatre, please call the Box Office at 1-877-376-9722, when prompted press "0" for Customer Service. The Theatre lobby and washrooms are accessible.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS & CHILDREN
All persons must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming areas. While the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and the Avalon Theatre are all-ages venues, children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Individuals must comply with all Public Health guidelines and directions in effect at the time of visit. Individuals who are prohibited from attending Ontario gaming sites are not permitted to enter the properties or eligible to redeem offers.
RE-ENTRY
No re-entry is permitted once you have exited the venue.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the Avalon Theatre or OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino. There is no re-entry into the concert if you do exit the theatre to smoke in one of the designated smoking areas at Fallsview Casino.
BAG POLICY
Patrons are asked to leave any backpacks or large bags at home. Only small purses will be permitted into the Venue.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Professional Cameras (with removable lens) are not permitted.
BOX OFFICE HOURS
The Box Office is open on show days from noon until thirty minutes after last show time of the day. On Non-Show days, the Box Office will be closed.
CLEANING
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put into place before, during and after each performance. Common contact surfaces and washrooms are regularly sanitized by our team.
