What are the hours of operation at Fallsview Casino Resort?

The casino is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, open on all holidays.

Are coat check services available?

Coat check services are available from November 1 to Feb 29. The coat check is open 24 /7 and is located by the bus entrance - travel through the galleria then down the escalator and turn right. A fee of $3 per coat applies for momentum members with a core card and $5 for guests without a momentum card. Complimentary coat check is available for momentum card holders ignite and above.

Is there a Dress Code at the Casino?

Shirts and shoes must be worn. Clothing or other material that displays a message considered to be obscene, offensive, intimidating or threatening, or otherwise negatively impacts the enjoyment of the casino for other patrons is not permitted.

Is there transportation provided between Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara?

Taxis are available for customers to hire. If one is not at the Casino, a Door or Valet attendant can arrange a taxi to be dispatched. During the summer months, City transit service is available from Clifton Hill to Murray Street in close proximity to both properties.

Are the Casinos within walking distance of each other?

Yes. It is approximately a 20 minute walk between the properties.

How do I get to Fallsview Casino Resort?

To get directions, simply select by car, by bus or by air for more details.

Toronto is approximately 90 minutes away from Fallsview Casino Resort. Buffalo is approximately 45 minutes away from Fallsview Casino Resort.

How old must I be to enter the Casino?

To enter the casino you must be 19 years of age or older. Security will request ID from patrons who appear under 30 years of age. Patrons who appear 21 years of age or younger will be asked to present two pieces of ID. Please note: the Casino will only accept valid Government issued photo identification for the purposes of determining age or identity.

Is everyone eligible to win a prize?

OLG is required to restrict several classes of individuals from playing or winning prizes, as mandated by our regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This is consistent with the public's expectation that these classes, including those who are underage and self-excluded, should not gamble at a Gaming Site.

The classes of persons not eligible to receive a prize include:

  • An individual under the age of 19;
  • An individual that has been restricted from accessing the Gaming Site or gambling at the Gaming Site as a condition of a court order;
  • An individual that has been excluded from the casino by the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or partners of the Supplier responsible for the operation of the Site;
  • Registered gaming assistants of the Gaming Site operator at any Gaming Site operated by that operator;
  • Registered gaming assistants of OLG;
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the Gaming Site;
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the Gaming Site;
  • Members of the board of directors or employees of the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG; and
  • OLG employees registered as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant.

Where can I get U.S. currency exchanged?

U.S. Currency can be exchanged with any cage cashier or currency exchange machine on the gaming floor, or at the Foreign Exchange outlet on Fallsview Blvd.

Can I smoke at Fallsview Casino Resort?

In compliance with Ontario Government legislation, smoking is not permitted inside the building or on the gaming floor, however covered and heated outdoor smoking terraces are available off the gaming floor for patrons who wish to smoke.

Electronic cigarettes and vapour devices may only be used in designated areas where smoking is permitted.

Smoking, vaping or holding lighted cannabis, or consuming cannabis in any form (including edibles or cannabis infused drinks) is not permitted anywhere on casino property.

Do you offer wheelchairs within your facility?

Yes. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at the Group Operations Desk or Valet Dispatch. Photo ID is required as a deposit. Advance reservations are not permitted.

Where are the nearest washrooms?

We offer accessible, male /female washrooms throughout the resort. There are several locations throughout the gaming floor, galleria near the food court and by the parking elevators. For convenience, washrooms with infant change tables are located by the food court and parking elevators.

How do I pay for parking?

Automated parking kiosks are available for use on either the lobby floor, 5th floor or 7th floor near the elevator. Payment can be made with Debit or Credit cards.

How do I get to the Falls from inside the casino?

To walk - there are two options 1 - It is about a 20 minute walk. Exit the main casino entrance, turn right and travel down Fallsview Blvd, turn right at the lights on to Murray Street, then turn right onto the Niagara Parkway for the Canadian horseshoe falls and left for the American falls. 2 - The incline railway, will take you directly to the Falls for a fee - the incline railway is located just past our bus bay. To locate the railway, walk through the Galleria, take the escalator down, then turn right and continue walking past the bus area until you see the incline railway signage. To drive - the quickest route is to travel right on Murray Street then right on the Niagara Parkway approx. 3 mins. Parking is just past the Falls, parking rates will vary.

Are alcoholic beverages available 24 hours at the Casino?

Alcohol service is available from 9am to 1:50am daily. The Infinity Bar, located on the Casino gaming floor will serve alcohol from 9am to 2am daily. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24-hours each day.

Are children allowed on property?

Children are permitted on property but must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming floor or attend specific shows at the Avalon theatre. While the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is an all-ages venue, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.

Are babies in arms /strollers allowed in the casino?

Babies in arm/strollers are not permitted in the casino. Anyone entering the casino must be 19 years of age or older to enter the Casino Floor.

Are pets allowed on property?

No. Only certified service animals are permitted on property. Pets may not be brought inside the casino and may not be left unattended in vehicles.

Are Gift Cards available?

Yes, Gift Cards are available.

To purchase, visit the Momentum Desk located on the gaming floor. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Casino Niagara or Fallsview Casino Resort restaurant, box office, Galleria restaurant, Fallsview Casino Resort Hotel, or Damara Day Spa. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or gaming chips. Must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino.

Do you have a rewards program?

Absolutely! Our Momentum Program is free to join - you must be 19 years of age to participate. You can sign up for it with valid government-issued photo identification at any Momentum desk at either Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara. For more information on the program click HERE.

What is the Momentum Program?

Momentum was designed by Mohegan to offer you a more personalized experience while you plan your visit. It offers you more choices so that you can design your visit with us based on your individual interests. For more information on the Momentum program is available HERE.

How can I be notified about future specials and promotions?

As a member of Momentum you'll receive information on exciting concert announcements, news on new Slot and Table Games, Momentum membership updates, and other information you "need" to know as an exclusive Momentum member.

Is there Convention space available at Fallsview Casino Resort?

Yes. From our state-of-the-art 28,000 square foot Grand Hall to our more intimate meeting rooms, Fallsview Casino Resort can handle everything from small events to large-scale black-tie affairs. For more information, visit the Meetings & Conventions section of our website.

Who is prohibited from accessing the Casino?

The following individuals are prohibited from entering the gaming areas at Niagara Casinos:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals who have been restricted as a condition by a court order; and
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act.

Any of the above-noted individuals identified attempting to enter the casino or identified on the gaming floor will be removed from the gaming premises by casino security or the police, and will be subject to Niagara Casino's Trespass Policy and any related charges/sanctions applicable by law.

Who is prohibited from Playing?

The following individuals are prohibited from playing lottery schemes/casino games:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals restricted by court order;
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under direction of the Regulator - subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of the Operator;
  • Registered gaming assistants of an Operator or OLG employed at any gaming site operated by the Operator or OLG;
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site;
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site;
  • Members or employees of the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG, unless they are within the description set out in subsection 22(6) of Ontario Regulation 78/12 (i.e. they are registered as category 2 gaming assistants or otherwise not required to be registered by the AGCO).

Any of the above-noted individuals identified and found participating in gaming will be removed from the premises by casino security or the police, and subject to Niagara Casino's Trespass Policy and any charges/sanctions applicable by law.

Can I use my phone or camera to take photos or video?

No. Photography/videography is strictly prohibited on the gaming floor.

Can I use my cell phone or other electronic device?

The use of cell phones or other electronic devices is not permitted at table games or slot machines. If you require the use of your cell phone while playing casino games, you must temporarily pause your play and step away from the gaming table or slot machine.

What are the rules for alcohol on the gaming floor?

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Persons showing signs of intoxication will not be permitted entry, or if already on the gaming floor, will be instructed to leave the casino until the next day.

Legal drinking age is 19 years old.

What are the rules for cannabis on property?

Smoking, vaping or holding lighted cannabis, or consuming cannabis in any form (including edibles or cannabis infused drinks) is not permitted anywhere on casino property.

Can I bring my purse, bag or back pack onto the gaming floor?

Yes. Bags/packages may be brought into the casino however all items are subject to security inspection. Security may request that oversized items be checked into the coat-check or secured in your vehicle/hotel room if possible. Please note however that large backpacks and bags cannot be taken into the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.

Do you have video surveillance?

Yes. Video surveillance is used for security, regulatory compliance and crime prevention/detection reasons and persons on the premises are subject to having their image captured. Facial recognition is also used to assist self-excluded individuals by identifying them if they enter the casino.

Is soliciting allowed at the casino?

No. Unauthorized solicitation, canvassing, advertising or distribution/posting of material anywhere on casino property is strictly prohibited.

What are the Call Centre hours?

The Call Centre is open daily from 7am-1am.

Where is the food court?

The food court is located on the lower level past the Galleria Shops. Guests have the option of using either the escalator or elevator to access a great selection of food court options.

What are hotel check in/check out times?

The hotel check in time is 4pm and the check out time is 11am.

Is early check-In available?

Hotel guests are welcome to speak with the front desk on earlier check in opportunities and we are happy to advise on the options available. Our standard check-in time is 4pm for all reservations. We offer guaranteed 12pm check-in for a fee, for a limited number of rooms. This rate will vary based on Holidays/Events/Day of the week/Etc. Please contact the front desk for more details.

Is late check-out available?

Our standard check-out time is 11am for all reservations. We can authorize a limited number of rooms for a 1pm check-out with an applicable rate. Rates vary based on Holidays/Events/Day of the week/Etc. Please contact the front desk for more details.

Do you offer Bell Services?

Yes. 24-hour Bell Service available in our hotel lobby.

Are your hotel rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We do offer Barrier Free rooms and suites. Please request at the time of booking.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, room service is available daily from 7AM-11AM & 6PM - 11PM.

Are safes, hairdryers, irons, etc. available in all hotel rooms?

Yes. Our guestrooms are equipped with safes, hairdryers, irons/ironing boards, alarm/clock radios, bath & bar soaps and lotions, vanity kits (nail file/qtips cotton pads) and shower caps. Sewing kits are available upon request.

Is child care available at the hotel?

Fallsview Casino Resort does not provide on-site child care. However, you can contact Babysitting Angels Inc. for more information on their services.

Is there a fee for internet service when I am staying at the hotel?

No. We offer free wireless internet service to all patrons. Please note that the internet service is bandwidth-limited, and certain high bandwidth services such as video calling may not function.

Is there a pool in the Hotel?

Yes. Our Fitness Centre offers an indoor pool. All guests using the pool must be 12 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or his agent who is not less than 16 years of age. Guests are required to obtain a key for daily usage.

There is a 6 (six) ticket combined purchase limit per customer for the Avalon Theatre and 8 (eight) ticket combined purchase limit per customer for the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino. Orders exceeding the published ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same billing address or credit card.

Where is the theatre?

The Avalon Theatre is located in the Galleria shopping area across from Ponte Vecchio, within Fallsview Casino Resort. The OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is located on the corner of Murray St. & Fallsview Blvd. You can access it via the indoor walkway through the Galleria at Fallsview Casino. View our property map.

Are there any age restrictions to attend concerts?

Yes. All persons must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming areas. While the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and the Avalon Theatre are all-ages venues, children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.

Are there items prohibited when entering OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort?

Please visit our Events Update page for all details. Patrons are asked to leave any backpacks or large bags at home. Only small purses will be permitted into the Venue. Professional Cameras (with removable lens) are not permitted.

Are there concessions at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort?

Concessions are available and vary from show to show. Cash is not accepted.

Is there assigned seating?

Seat assignment is chosen at the time of purchasing tickets for the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino or Avalon Theatre. All persons, regardless of age must have a ticket to enter.

What kind of shows can I watch at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort?

Shows vary from classic rock and pop, to country and comedy, to a full scale production. There are always a variety of shows to choose from. For a full list of upcoming shows visit here.

Are cameras allowed at concerts?

No. Camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Is smoking allowed? Are there smoking sections?

Smoking is not permitted indoors and only permitted outside in designated smoking areas. Please note no re-entry is permitted once you have exited the venue.

Are Cell phones allowed at concerts?

Cell phones are permitted except for performances where some artists choose to use to implement a phone free experience using Yonder technology. This will be communicated well in advance of the show to patrons. Patrons will keep their phone however it will be secured in a pouch while inside the theatre. Please note all photo and video recording policies are communicated in the theatre prior to each show and must be followed.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?

Depending on the theatre there are different ticket limits in place. Please also note that limits can change based on artist discretion as well. What time do the doors open?

The doors open at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino 1.5 hours prior to the show and at the Avalon Theatre 1 hour prior to the show.

Do you offer package deals, hotel room and show?

Packages are not available.

How many seats are in the theatre?

The Avalon Theatre has a capacity of 1,559 seats. The OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino has a capacity of 5,000 seats.

Is a wait list compiled for sold out shows?

Yes. Beginning at noon on the day of the performance an attendant is available at the Avalon theatre for patrons who wish to be included on the wait list. Patrons are required to be here in person to be included. Patrons are then asked to return 45 minutes prior to show time and if tickets become available they can be purchased at that time.

Can I get wheelchair accessible seats, and where are they located?

Yes. For the Avalon theatre, patrons can request accessible seating only by contacting the theatre box office, or contacting us at 1 (888) 325-5788. The accessible seats for the Avalon Theatre are located on the Mezzanine level, Section MR4, ML4, MR5 and ML5. If you require one wheelchair seat, the person accompanying you will be able to sit with you. Please note: Requesting accessible seating for the Avalon Theatre can only be done by contacting the theatre Box Office and are not available through Ticketmaster.

Do you offer hearing assistance equipment?

The Box Office has battery operated hearing aids available, free of charge, and on a first come first served basis. A valid driver's license must be left with the Box Office when signing out the hearing aid and will be returned once the aid is signed back in after the show.

Am I able to book complimentary tickets at the box office?

No. Complimentary tickets can only be booked online using your My Momentum account, over the phone by calling the call centre at 1 (888) 325-5788 or at the VIP Services Desk on the Casino floor.

What is the procedure for picking up complimentary tickets?

Complimentary tickets can only be picked up the day of the performance. Tickets can be picked up starting at 12 noon up until two hours prior to show time. TICKET CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10AM THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT. LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 NO SHOW FEE deducted from your Momentum Dollars. Tickets can be cancelled online through your My Momentum account 48 hours before the show date or by contacting the Call Centre at 1-877-376-9722. On dates with both matinee and evening performances, tickets for matinee performances can be picked up starting at 12 Noon on the day of the show. Tickets for evening performances can be picked up starting at 3PM on the day of the show. Tickets are given out on a first come first served basis. Only the person whose name the tickets have been booked for can to pick them up. Valid government-issued photo identification as well as a Momentum Card will be required for tickets to be released.

Am I able to use my comp points to purchase tickets?

What slot machine denominations are offered?

A wide variety of denominations from $0.01 to $100 and many of our slot machines offer multiple denominations.

How many slot machines do you have?

How do I obtain a Win/Loss Statement?

To obtain a Win/Loss Statement, visit any Cage Cashier and request a Win/Loss Statement Request form. You can also make the request by calling our Casino Finance department at (905) 374-6928 x24102.

How many tables do you have in your Poker Room?

Please be advised that Poker is not available at Fallsview Casino Resort.

Casino Niagara's Poker Room offers 18 tables and will be open Noon - 4am daily.

Due to the demand, the vast majority of our games offered are various forms of No-Limit Hold'em starting with $1 to $2 blinds, $60 minimums and $200 maximums. Texas Hold 'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo and 7-Card Stud are also offered upon demand.

Can I call ahead to be placed on a Poker Room waiting list?

Please be advised that Poker is not available at Fallsview Casino Resort.

Casino Niagara's Poker Room offers 18 tables and will be open starting Noon - 4am daily.

Please call (905) 353-7000 up to ninety minutes prior to arrival to be placed on a waiting list. Please check in at the Poker desk upon arrival.

What are the hours of operation at Casino Niagara?

24-hours a day, 7 days a week, open on all holidays. Our electronic table games and slots are always available, live table games are open noon - 4 a.m daily.
