Yungblud is an English singer, songwriter, and actor known for his genre-blending style that fuses alternative rock, pop punk, and hip hop. He began his career in entertainment as an actor, appearing in British TV series like Emmerdale and The Lodge, before transitioning to music in 2017 with his debut single “King Charles.” His breakout came with the 2018 EP Yungblud and debut album 21st Century Liability. He gained further acclaim with his second album Weird! (2020), which topped the UK Albums Chart, and his self-titled third album Yungblud (2022), which also reached number one in the UK. Known for his outspoken personality and energetic performances, Yungblud has become a voice for youth culture, often addressing themes like mental health, identity, and social issues in his music.
