What are the hours of operation at Fallsview Casino Resort?

The casino is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, open on all holidays.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes. Both self-parking and 24-hour valet parking are available. On-site and valet parking rates may fluctuate and are subject to change. Earn free parking with a Players Advantage Club card. Please visit the Players Advantage Club booth for more details.

Are coat check services available?

Please be advised that the Coat Check at Fallsview Casino will close for the summer. The closure will be in effect from May 15th.

Is there a Dress Code at the Casino?

Shirts and shoes must be worn. Clothing or other material that displays a message considered to be obscene, offensive, intimidating or threatening, or otherwise negatively impacts the enjoyment of the casino for other patrons is not permitted.

Is there transportation provided between Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara?

No. Taxis are available for customers to hire. If one is not at the Casino, a Door or Valet attendant can arrange a taxi to be dispatched. During the summer months, City transit service is available from Clifton Hill to Murray Hill in close proximity to both properties.

Are the Casinos within walking distance of each other?

Yes. It is approximately a 20 minute walk between the properties.

How do I get to Fallsview Casino Resort?

To get directions, simply select by bus, by car or by air for more details. Toronto is approximately 90 minutes away from Fallsview Casino Resort. Buffalo is approximately 45 minutes away from Fallsview Casino Resort.

How old must I be to enter the Casino?

To enter the casino you must be 19 years of age or older. Security will request ID from patrons who appear under 30 years of age. Patrons who appear 21 years of age or younger will be asked to present two pieces of ID. Please note: the Casino will only accept valid Government issued photo identification for the purposes of determining age or identity.

Is everyone eligible to win a prize?

OLG is required to restrict several classes of individuals from playing or winning prizes, as mandated by our regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This is consistent with the public’s expectation that these classes, including those who are underage and self-excluded, should not gamble at a Gaming Site.

The classes of persons not eligible to receive a prize include:

  • An individual under the age of 19;
  • Self-excluded individuals;
  • An individual that has been restricted from accessing the Gaming Site or gambling at the Gaming Site as a condition of a court order;
  • An individual that has been excluded from the casino by the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or partners of the Supplier responsible for the operation of the Site;
  • Registered gaming assistants of the Gaming Site operator at any Gaming Site operated by that operator;
  • Registered gaming assistants of OLG;
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the Gaming Site;
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the Gaming Site;
  • Members of the board of directors or employees of the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG; and
  • OLG employees registered as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant.

Where can I get U.S. currency exchanged?

U.S. Currency can be exchanged with any cage cashier or currency exchange machine on the gaming floor, or at the Foreign Exchange outlet in the Galleria Shops. In addition, there are several banks and financial services outlets in the surrounding area of Fallsview Casino.

Can I smoke at Fallsview Casino Resort?

In compliance with Ontario Government legislation, smoking is not permitted inside the building or on the gaming floor, however covered and heated outdoor smoking terraces are available off the gaming floor for patrons who wish to smoke.

Electronic cigarettes and vapour devices may only be used in designated areas where smoking is permitted.

Do you offer wheelchairs within your facility?

Yes. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at Coat Check or Valet Dispatch. Photo ID is required as a deposit. Advance reservations are not permitted.

How do I get to the Falls from inside the casino?

To walk to the Falls, exit the building to Fallsview Blvd, turn right onto Murray St., proceed down the hill to the Falls. Fallsview Casino Resort also features breathtaking views of the Falls from our Terrace Walkways, Restaurants, and Hotel Guestrooms.

How many restaurants does Fallsview Casino Resort have?

There are 18 different restaurants and dining options specifically featuring 21 Club, Grand Buffet, Golden Lotus and Falls Deli. For more information, click here and visit the DINING section of our website.

Are alcoholic beverages available 24 hours at the Casino?

Alcohol service is available from 11am to 1:50am daily. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24-hours each day. Due to Ontario government regulations, it is against the law to serve complimentary alcohol in the casino.

Are children allowed on property?

Children are permitted on property but must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming floor or the Avalon theatre.

Are pets allowed on property?

No. Only certified service animals are permitted on property. Pets may not be brought inside the casino and may not be left unattended in vehicles.

Are Gift Cards available?

Yes, Gift Cards are available. To purchase, call 1 (888) 325-5788 or visit the Players Advantage Booth located on the gaming floor. Must be at least 19 years of age or older to purchase and redeem Gift Cards. Valid Government issued photo identification is required upon request. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara restaurant, Galleria Restaurants, box office or at the Fallsview Casino Resort Hotel/Spa. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or gaming chips.

How can I be notified about future specials and promotions?

As a member of our Players Advantage Club you'll receive information on exciting concert announcements, news on new Slot & Table Games, PAC membership updates, and other information you "need" to know as an exclusive PAC Member. To receive this information via mail or email, please visit our PAC Booth, located on the gaming floor and request to receive notifications. *You must be 19 years of age or older and a valid PAC Member to receive notifications.*

Is there Convention space available at Fallsview Casino Resort?

Who is prohibited from accessing the Casino?

The following individuals are prohibited from entering the gaming areas at Niagara Casinos:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals who have been restricted as a condition by a court order; and
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act.

Any of the above-noted individuals identified attempting to enter the casino or identified on the gaming floor will be removed from the gaming premises by casino security or the police, and will be subject to Niagara Casino’s Trespass Policy and any related charges/sanctions applicable by law.

Who is prohibited from Playing?

The following individuals are prohibited from playing lottery schemes/casino games:

  • Individuals under 19 years of age;
  • Individuals who appear to be intoxicated;
  • Individuals enrolled/participating in the Self-exclusion program;
  • Individuals restricted by court order;
  • Individuals who have been excluded from the site under direction of the Regulator - subsection 3.6 (1) of the Gaming Control Act;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of the Operator;
  • Registered gaming assistants of an Operator or OLG employed at any gaming site operated by the Operator or OLG;
  • Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site;
  • Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site;
  • Members or employees of the AGCO;
  • Officers, members of the board of directors, or employees of OLG, unless they are within the description set out in subsection 22(6) of Ontario Regulation 78/12 (i.e. they are registered as category 2 gaming assistants or otherwise not required to be registered by the AGCO).

Any of the above-noted individuals identified and found participating in gaming will be removed from the premises by casino security or the police, and subject to Niagara Casino’s Trespass Policy and any charges/sanctions applicable by law.

*Individuals prohibited from play are subject to prize disentitlement policies and procedures.

Can I use my phone or camera to take photos or video?

No. Photography/videography is strictly prohibited on the gaming floor.

Can I use my cell phone or other electronic device?

The use of cell phones or other electronic devices is not permitted at table games or slot machines. If you require the use of your cell phone while playing casino games, you must temporarily pause your play and step away from the gaming table or slot machine.

What are the rules for alcohol on the gaming floor?

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Persons showing signs of intoxication will not be permitted entry, or if already on the gaming floor, will be instructed to leave the casino until the next day.

Legal drinking age is 19 years old.

Can I bring my purse, bag or back pack onto the gaming floor?

Yes. Bags/packages may be brought into the casino however all items are subject to security inspection. Security may request that oversized items be checked into the coat-check or secured in your vehicle/hotel room if possible.

Do you have video surveillance?

Yes. Some areas are monitored by video surveillance. Facial recognition and license plate recognition technology is also in effect and may be used for investigation or law enforcement purposes.

Can I wear a mask or facial covering on the gaming floor?

No. Patrons are prohibited from wearing masks or other facial coverings while inside the casino, except where it is established that the device is required to accommodate a disability or religious belief.

*If you require the use of a facial covering to accommodate a disability or religious belief, please identify yourself and discuss your accommodation need with security prior to entering the gaming floor. Documentation supporting the need for accommodation may be required.

What are hotel check in/check out times?

The hotel check in time is 4pm and the check out time is 11am.

Do you offer Bell Services?

Yes. 24-hour Bell Service available in our hotel lobby.

Are your hotel rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We do offer Barrier Free rooms and suites. Please request at the time of booking.

Do you offer room service?

Yes. We offer 24-hour in room dining. Menus are available in your hotel room.

Are safes, hairdryers, irons, etc. available in all hotel rooms?

Yes. Our guestrooms are equipped with safes, hairdryers, irons/ironing boards, alarm/clock radios, bath soaps and lotions, shower caps and sewing kits.

Is child care available at the hotel?

Fallsview Casino Resort does not provide on-site child care. However, you can contact Babysitting Angels Inc. for more information on their services.

Is there a fee for internet service when I am staying at the hotel?

No. We offer free wireless internet service to all patrons. Please note that the internet service is bandwidth-limited, and certain high bandwidth services such as video calling may not function.

Is there a pool in the Hotel?

Yes. Our Fitness Centre offers an indoor pool. All guests using the pool must be 12 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or his agent who is not less than 16 years of age. We offer an adult swim period from 7am - 8am, and 10pm - 11pm; the first and last hour.

Do you have a Spa?

Who will be performing in the theatre?

To view upcoming shows or to purchase tickets view our Concert Listings. New shows are on sale the second Friday of each month.

Where can I buy tickets?

Buy your tickets at Fallsview Casino Resort's Box Office (open Noon on show days), at all Ticketmaster locations, by calling Ticketmaster at 1 (877) 833-3110 or online at www.ticketmaster.ca.

Ticket Limit: There is a 6 (six) ticket combined purchase limit per customer. Orders exceeding the published ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same billing address or credit card.

Where is the theatre?

The theatre is located in the Galleria shopping area within Fallsview Casino Resort. Click here to view or download our property map. Please note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view this file.

Are there any age restrictions to attend concerts?

Yes. All ticket holders must be 19 years of age or older.

Are cameras allowed at concerts?

No. Camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?

There is a 6 (six) ticket combined purchase limit per customer. Orders exceeding the published ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same billing address or credit card.

Do you offer package deals, hotel room and show?

Packages are not available.

How many seats are in the theatre?

The theatre has a capacity of 1,559 seats.

Is a wait list compiled for sold out shows?

Yes. Beginning at noon on the day of the performance an attendant is available at the theatre for patrons who wish to be included on the wait list. Patrons are required to be here in person to be included. Patrons are then asked to return 45 minutes prior to show time and if tickets become available they can be purchased at that time.

Can I get wheelchair accessible seats, and where are they located?

Yes. Patrons can request accessible seating only by contacting the theatre box office, or contacting us at 1 (888) 325-5788. The accessible seats are located on the Mezzanine level, Section MR4, ML4, MR5 and ML5. If you only require one wheelchair seat, the person accompanying you will be able to sit with you. Please note: Requesting accessible seating can only be done by contacting the theatre Box Office and are not available through Ticketmaster.

Do you offer hearing assistance equipment?

The Box Office has battery operated hearing aids available, free of charge, and on a first come first served basis. A valid driver's license must be surrendered to the Box Office when signing out the hearing aid and will be returned once the aid is signed back in after the show.

Am I able to book complimentary tickets at the box office?

No. Complimentary tickets can only be booked online using your My PAC account, over the phone by calling 1 (888) 325-5788 or at the VIP Service Desk on the Casino floor.

What is the procedure for picking up complimentary tickets?

Complimentary tickets can only be picked up the day of the performance. Tickets can be picked up starting at 12 noon up until one hour prior to show time. TICKETS ARE NOT GUARANTEED LESS THAN ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIME. Tickets are given out on a first come first served basis. Only the person whose name the tickets have been booked for can to pick them up. Valid Government issued photo identification as well as the Players Advantage Card will be required for tickets to be released.

Am I able to use my comp points to purchase tickets?

No. Only cash or credit cards are accepted.

What slot machine denominations are offered?

A wide variety of denominations from $0.01 to $100 and many of our slot machines offer multiple denominations.

How many slot machines do you have?

Niagara Casinos (Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara) offer more than 3,000 slot machine choices.

How do I obtain a Win/Loss Statement?

To obtain a Win/Loss Statement, visit any Cage Cashier and request a Win/Loss Statement Request form. You can also make the request by calling our Casino Finance department at (905) 374-6928 x24101.

How do I submit a Win/Loss Request form?

The Win/Loss Request form can be delivered to any Cage Cashier or can be faxed to (905)353-6733 or mailed to Niagara Casinos: C/O Casino Finance P.O. Box 300 Niagara Falls, ONT L2E 6T3 **Please note that any request received by mail or fax must be notarized by an attorney or certified public accountant.

How do I join the Players Advantage Club?

You can join the PAC Club by visiting the PAC Booth located on the Casino floor. *You must be 19 years of age or older to join and must present valid Government issued photo identification when you pick up your PAC card at the Players Advantage Booth.*

How do I get a Players Advantage Card?

Visit our Players Advantage Booth located on the gaming floor. You must be 19 years of age and present valid Government issued photo ID to obtain a players card.

How do I redeem my PAC Reward Points?

To redeem your Points for CASHBACK, simply visit any Cage Cashier or visit one of our great amenities and swipe your PAC card to use your Points for dining or retail merchandise.

Why didn't I receive a monthly mailer or offers?

Can I use my Direct Mail offer for different dates?

All offers are subject to the outlined terms and conditions, are non-negotiable and are non-transferable.

How many table games do you offer?

How many tables do you have in your Poker Room?

Fallsview Casino Resort is Ontario's largest Poker Room with 16 tables. We offer limit Hold'em from $2-$5 blinds, and No-Limit Hold'em starting with $1 -$2 blinds, progressing to limits that should satisfy most demands. Due to the demand, the vast majority of our games offered are various forms of Hold'em. Please see the Poker section of our website for any further details.

Can I call ahead to be placed on a Poker Room waiting list?

Yes. Please call (905) 371-7777 up to ninety minutes prior to arrival to be placed on up to three wait lists, please check in at the Poker desk upon arrival.

What are the hours of operation at Casino Niagara?

How many slot machines are there?

Casino Niagara features more than 1,500 slot machines ranging from $0.01 to $5. With more than 350 progressive slots, Casino Niagara offers you the a wide selection to choose from.

How many table games are offered?

There are 40 action-packed tables, including Blackjack, Caribbean Stud, Roulette and Poker to name a few.

Do you have a Poker Room?

Casino Niagara features a 12 table Poker Room. You can call ahead to put your name on the wait list up to 90 minutes ahead of your arrival. Call (905) 353-7000.

Is on-site parking available?

We offer ample on-site self-parking in a covered parking garage. Access to the 1,500-space structure is simple, the entrance is conveniently located on the main driveway of Casino Niagara. During your visit, sign up for Players Advantage Club membership and use your card while playing slots or table games to earn FREE parking. It's that easy!

How many restaurants does Casino Niagara have?

Lucky's Restaurant is open from 5pm — 10pm, Wednesday - Sunday. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Reservations are suggested. The Market Buffet is open from 11am — 10pm, serving lunch until 4pm and dinner from 4pm — 10pm. Perks Cafe is open 10am - 4am, 7 days/week, serving fresh sandwiches, muffins, gourmet coffee and more. What is the Sports Section?

The Sports Section at Casino Niagara is the place to see all your favourite sports on 26 HD TVs.

Do you offer Sports Betting?

When are the shows at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club?
